How do I get to the villas?
The villas are on the Ounasjoki, about 45 minutes by road from Rovaniemi Airport and the city centre. You can rent a car from us when you arrive. See Getting here for details.
How do the sauna and hot tub work?
Every villa has its own sauna and hot tub, just outside the door and for your stay only. Detailed heating times and safety notes will be added here.
Will we see the northern lights?
Nobody can promise the aurora, but the skylight above the bed and the dark sky far from town lights give you good odds on a clear night in season. Season runs from late August to early April.
How dark is it at night?
Very. There are no streetlights or town lights nearby, so on a clear night the sky is full of stars. Bring a head torch for walks outside after dark.
Where do I find groceries?
Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen. Plan to shop in Rovaniemi on the way, since the villas are out in the wilderness.
